we bought a 204 alpine sectional in June 11, 2016. the first set we got the wedge material between the back and seat was put all together and between the two it was wrinkled.
called boscov's repair man came and said he could not fix it. boscov's after several weeks said lane is refunding all your money and come down and pick another lane sectional. oh by the way the same material was unavailable. so we picked out another color of material putty i think was the name.
we used the same design of the way bought the first sectional. but different material. we got it 12/12/2015. it was very nice.
now in the first recliner the is a spring that pops when ever someone sits on it. the seat is also pushed down from sitting on it. on the recliner footrest has a broken piece of wood in it some place. can't see it ,but when i put it up there is a very low spot on the footrest.i can't add a photo because you can not see either place.
i never bought furniture that i had any problems with. it lasted 30 years without a problem. so what are we going to do about it?? i am very disappointed in lane.
i haven't called boscov's yet. because i wanted to see what you can do.9
