My Comfort King "Big Man's" Recliner now totally trashed...

In 2007 I purchased a $900 Lane Comfort King "Big Man's" recliner, built for (and even advertised by) a football player sized man. Supposedly the frame is heavier gauge and all the other parts are beefed up - but truth be known, it's just a wider and slightly taller...

I have purchased 5 lane recliners. All broke after just a few months of use.

All have had the supporting screws break. In my opinion, Lane make a very poor quality product.

I would not purchase them again. I bought ,what I thought were heavy duty models...The leather at the foot rest wears out quickly...Pure Junk!

I called about a replacement part. I have not heard back from customer service.

I sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. Then I got an email asking for a review. The arm and mechanism on my recliner is broken. I need a replacement.

Cheap product, you get what you pay for!

Bought a loveseat. Big mistake. Just 11 months after I got it, broken spring. Still trying to get them to honor the warranty. Next time, I will buy a quality product.

Springs are breaking

we purchased chair in 10/17, the recliner was delivered in 12/17. We purchased this recliner from Chris Miller Furniture in Wheeling WV 26003. Chris Miller is no longer in business. My husband loves the chair but the springs are breaking under the seat, this is causing his butt to sink into the chair. Please help.

Contact the company are you kidding me theres no way to contact them. I give them a score rating of zero and thats even too high a number for that company. There is no phone number no one calls me back and their site doesnt work. You havent helped either. I want a phone number that is legitimate to call them. They should contact me via my email and provide a phone number. I would never recommend Lane furniture to anyone.

Trying to call for assistance with a warranty issue.

They have made it impossible to contact them. I cant even submit any information via email. I have tried to call 3 different numbers either the number is out of service or a recording that hangs up on me.

User's recommendation: Lane has always been a quality company but after everything I’m going through I would think twice before buying a lane product.

I contacted corporate @ AFW & they agreed to place the replacement order and have a discussion with their employee. I’m still waiting to receive my new cushion cover.

I purchased a Lane leather sofa about a year ago. Within 6 months, the cushion contents had to be replaced. A year later, a cushion cover was cracking badly, which had to be replaced. Now the other cushion is cracking & the dye is fading. Retailer-AFW is no longer taking replacement orders. Cannot find a valid worker number for Lane & theres no way to send them an email.

Product ordered 10 months ago and still no sofa!

I ordered a Webster by Lane Slate Full Sleeper with Memory Foam Mattress F2-4206FSM from American Furniture in Gilbert, AZ. I ordered it on 10/30/2021. It's been 10 months and they keep pushing out the receiving date every month. I looked this sofa up on Lane website and it shows this sofa is not available. Please let me know if I will ever get this piece of furniture. I really like it, but if you are not making it any more then I need to cancel my order and get my money back.

Have been waiting for a sofa sleeper for 10 months! Purchased from American Furniture in Gilbert, AZ. It's a Webster by Lane F2-4206FSM loveseat sofa sleeper. When I look at your website that sofa is not available. I want to know if you are ever going to make my sofa? American Furniture keeps pushing out the receiving date. I will get my money back if this sofa will never be made by your company! Very frustrating. Please advise.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The final response was essentially "sorry, but we can't help you." I can no longer recommend Lane Furniture. Buyer beware..

I had contacted lane just before my warantee expired with a complaint that my rocking recliner was not working properly. I didnt have my receipt that had purchased from menards rochester mn. On the tag it was clear by the manufacture date it was within the warranty period. Now i found the plastic part that is broken
