Nothing!!There has be nothing done and other tha pissed consumers no one has contacted or sent letters, NOTHING!!!

Original review Jan 31, 2025

I purchased a sectional in September from Overstock in North Little Rock, AR. After getting it home, I found all these problems.

1. Neither one of the recliners works without using the hand to pull out the bottom of the recliner foot section.

2. The armrest on the left is loose.

3. The seat on the right is sinking in from being sat on.

4. Material is coming apart on a section at the top of the left side.

I liked the sectional until I started finding problems. I would have written sooner but didn't know how to get in touch with consumer service.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you,

Donna Lindsey

6 month old couch that the front bottom support system has failed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Cayman Silver Sofa Item # 119422 has a loose front support.
  • - Front support pieces are separated; the owner seeks repair guidance and a call.
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I bought a couch and loveseat (Cayman Silver Sofa Item # 119422) from Overstock Furniture & Mattress in North Little Rock AR. I live alone and am a smaller person, just so you know there is no reason this support system should have failed).

The other day I was sitting on my loveseat and looked over at the larger couch and the upholstered lower front was leaning towards the back of the couch. I tipped the couch over and loosened the fabric covering on the bottom and a piece of the support system was hanging from its staples. The other pieces which support that part of the front also were separated from their original position. I know there are no guarantees from the place I bought it but I am hoping you might direct me to someone who might repair this defective support system.

I have had Lane furniture since the 1960's and never had any problems before with any items I have purchased.

In this day and age, with your longevity in the business, I believe you stand behind your products.

Can you help me?

I have only lived in the Little Rock Area since I bought this house in January and that is when I purchased this couch and loveseat set (Jan 13, 2023).

Might someone call me and help guide me to someone who can fix this couch? I would appreciate any assistance you are able to give me.

My phone number is 623 694-****

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Kathy Potter
