I really thought Lane Furniture would be a good brand but have a Lane "leather" sectional that is peeling after less than 4 years after the purchase. The furniture is rarely used and the household consists of 2 adults.

As the previous poster, the "leather" is coming apart where a person's head would rest and also some slight cracking on the arm. Strange but the worst area is on a chair that is rarely sat in. The seat and the foot rest are holding up very well.

So the damaged areas are exactly opposite from the areas that get the most use. I am ready to get rid of this junk and will never buy from Lane again.

I have had the same problem with a sofa and loveseat. It's not even 3 years old.

Peeling, flaking, cracking. No response from Lane.

We also purchased a brand-new 2014 holiday rambler fifth wheel, the presidential model. The furniture began flaking after barely a year of use, and we do not use it full time.

We had to replace both recliners and our sofa at our own expense, since Lane furniture would give us no satisfaction. If there is a lawsuit against this company, we would be interested in joining.
