Aweful!!! I had two recliners delivered January.

They have been sitting in my living room for two weeks. Dozens of emails going back and forth. I sent them pictures of seams coming apart on both chairs and a hole in one. Faded arm.

First they offered me $80 I said no they costed almost 1 k. I said it would cost more than that to have someone fix this. They offered ignoring my request for them to pick these chairs up and refund me. Sent another offering two new legs and $125.

I finally threatened reporting them to attorney general a lawyer and better business bureau.

You can’t talk to anyone by phone. If these emails take another two weeks they will tell me it’s too late to return.
