Our sofa, which was never placed in direct sunlight, no pets perch on the back of this sofa, has started to flake. We called Lane and they said, "Sorry, cover it with something else, the warranty is only for a year." This sofa, loveseat and ottoman cost a total of $2030.34 and was purchased 10-13-12.

Lane boasts quality in their ads, however their product speaks for itself. The quality is not there. Beware! I would say, especially beware of "bonded leather." Ask yourself if you would pay the price for 1 year use of the furniture, because that's essentially what you are guaranteed.

I certainly wouldn't pay 2k for a year use of a sofa, ottoman and one-and-a-half chair.

None. They said they couldn't do anything. Will not be buying Lane again.
