From factory assembly to delivery status: Stuffing falling out, unstitched headreast seam, staples half in, pencil markings on fabric, no screws to assemble headrest to seat! Shoddy workmanship!

You betcha!But did we send it back? How could we??! It took 3 months to get it and stipulations said, "if box has been opened, no refunds!" And how many months would we have to wait for a replacement if we did send it back?? Our first in-store purchase was a dream that lasted 17 years.

Ordering from factory to cut costs, a huge nightmare! So much for Made in America!
