I puchased 2 recliners from Lane 7 months ago. One is falling apart.

Service guy came out, said he would order parts, never heard from him again.

Called Lane back several times. Customer service said since I didn't have a work order number or serial # they can't do anything. They don't see that the parts for my broken and bent frame were ordered!!!

I told her I would just throw the chair out!!!

I solved my own Problem.

Customer service from Lane treated me like this was my fault. They aren't responsible for sending someone out that is unreliable.

Lane Furniture this is why companys go out of business bad products and bad customer service.

Note: Neither Lane nor the company they sent out to fix my chair has a phone number that is listed!!!

bought lane recliner for $950.00 because salesman said LIFETIME WARRANTY.now broken springs on foof rest and seat.

called for repairs,was given # for ath.repair man,he said he ordered parts.end of that story.then called and asked for parts to fix to fix my self and they wouldn't send to me cause i wasen't auth repairman
