Lane Furniture - CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT !
There seems to be alot of complaints against Lane Furniture.
And it appears we all have gotten no response.My complaint concerned a broken recline mechanism,and although it was under warranty, it still cost me 150 bucks for a service call! And because of the defect, a part of the mechanism pushed up into the cushion and ripped it.When we called back Lane, they said they would "MAKE A NOTE OF IT"! WHAT THE *** DOES THAT MEAN? Now, the upholstry on the leg rest has worn away on both sides.
WHY DONT WE START A CLASS ACTION ACTION SOMETHING AND WAKE THEM UP!

I had purchased a sectional and in less than 4 months it was falling apart. They went out of business so I'm left with a whole lot of junk and *** in my pocket,
I bought a sectional.. less than 4 months it's literally garbage. Company went out of business.
lane makes the most inferior recliner I have ever owned. Bought 2 one for me one for my wife had 2 service calls within a month on one unsatisfied with the fix. Now the chair mechanism is falling apart needless to say I will NEVER buy any Lane products again Period.......
I'm in, if anyone else wants to find a lawyer to get something done about their *** recliners with *** bolts. I skinned my shins up really bad, and busted a really nice guitar after making an attempt to get up from the recliner, and the foot rest locked up.
I have repaired it myself, and, like everyone else. I got no reply from their service department, so I got my tools out, went to a mill supply for bolts and nits, but I'm really pissed.

Recliner remote cord cracked and fell apart. It started way before warranty was over and it was my error in not contacting them.
But this is DEFINITELY a DEFECT. On top of that I discovered it has cancer causing material in it WTF!! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
I would have never purchased this chair had I known that!! Now me and my family have been exposed for a over a year!
I purchased my Lane recliner March of 2017 my recliner broke in May of 2017 the manufacturer when I called them instructed me that they were not able to help me that I had to go back to the original seller which was a company called Jones decorating. I contacted the owner of Jones decorating and he knew exactly what the issue was with the recliner and he told me that it was a manufacturer's defect and that's why the springs and the bolts broke and there's nothing that he could do because he could not get the parts.
Recently Lane Furniture has been going through some restructuring corporate wise. I have been contacting warranty department for Lane Furniture and Jones decorating and they still even though it is July of now 2018 refused to come out and fix my recliner. I am disabled and I am not able to take on this task myself. I spent to a close to $1,000 for this recliner and I should be able to use it more than one month.
I would be glad to file a class action suit against Lane Furniture and Jones decorating. Thank you Bill
I have Lane Love seat and Recliners that have so called leather but is a bonded mater that is now peeling off after 3 years of very light use. Others have the same issues.
No response for company at all.
I have contacted them many time and they just ignore me. Lese get this Class Action Suite against Lane going Now!

Let me know! I'll be HAPPY to sign up for the lawsuit. They shouldn't be selling "leather" if it's not actual leather.
I'm in. No satisfaction for spending $2500 on a living room set that is junk.
Less than 5 years old. I have a Lane cedar chest that was bought for me 50 years ago that's in great condition. Evidently they can make furniture that doesn't get used on an every day basis. I think they should stick to making cedar chests and leave the every day furniture making to people who know what they are doing.

Both my recliners and couch material have completely shredded. Hardly ever used them.

I am in also! I bought a leather sofa and love seat and leather is discoloring and seat springs fell off as well as all the cushions have broken down.we have the pull handle on one broke off after a few months.I had the tech out who made excuses about the discoloration.it has been less than a year since I bought this furniture and I still have not got them fixed.I called lane furniture and the store and got the runaround.I am so pissed about the customer service and quality of this furniture I could go on about this however will save it for later my email. They really must have done a bad job on the recliner, spent a lot of money, within a year the chair mech didn't work.
